Hello and happy New Year to you!
The past couple of weeks I’ve been enjoying some downtime with my family and preparing for a big year ahead. During this time, I have had three words spinning around my head so I thought I’d encourage you with them for my first post for 2022!
Know Your Worth
So many women I speak to simply do not know their worth, they don’t realise their value and live their lives completely undervaluing themselves. They undervalue themselves through the words they use to describe their bodies, they undervalue themselves through negative body image, they undervalue themselves by believing the wrong opinions about themselves, they undervalue themselves by believing crippling lies about themselves.
So can I encourage you from the beginning of 2022 to Know Your Worth!
You are worth much much more than the most precious of jewels…seriously, your value, your worth is beyond words, it cannot be measured by how much money is in your bank account. Your worth cannot be measured by the clothes you wear or the amount of social media followers you have and your worth is not based on your past pain or on the mistakes you have made or regrets you may have.
When you know your worth, you’ll make decisions that add value to your life. When you know your value you will treat yourself with respect. When you know your worth you will speak kindly about yourself. When you know your worth you’ll protect yourself from those who’ll try and devalue you.
So may 2022 be the year where you well and truly know your worth. May 2022 be the year where you make decisions that add value to your life and you truly know your worth. May 2022 be the year where you make decisions that add value to others. May 2022 be the year where you continue to live your life with strength, dignity & confidence!
You are valued, you are loved and you are worth more than you could ever possibly imagine
